Ok, here's a breakdown. After you login, there are 13 main links (not counting contact us). I'll give a quick description of each.

  • Airport Data -- Let's you put in an identifier or city and pull up some data. I put in KFXE and it gave the field elevation, CTAF, Type of Fuel available, Runways with direction, length, width, and surface type, and the Airfield managers name and phone number.
  • Flight Planner -- This page has some different little programs. They are a tool for finding the distance between airports, for finding restaurants within a specified distance of an airport (up to 99NM), links to approach charts, and a chart downloading program.
  • Crew Car -- Lists FBOs by state that have a crew car for you to use.
  • Burger Hunters -- A listing of like-minded pilots with pictures and a short statement.
  • FAQs -- Frequently Asked Questions about using the site.
  • Fuel Reports -- A list of airports with type of fuel, prices, and a place for comments. Users are able to update this list.
  • FlyInHotels -- A list of fly-in hotels by State. Has all of the contact info/amenities and a website link for each hotel along with user comments.
  • FlyInGolf -- Same as above but for Golf Courses.
  • FlyIn/CampOut -- Same as hotels but for campsites.
  • Pilot GetAways -- This seems to be trip reports of flying vacations people have taken.
  • Best Aviation Attractions -- 5 different "Top 10" style lists for Adventure, Airshows, Museums, Resorts, and Conventions.
  • Burger Blog -- Various aviation related articles. There are no dates on them, so I'm not sure how frequently posts are made.
  • Videos -- A handful of videos by users.

The home page also has some links at the bottom for the Bahamas, Canada, and Mexico.

The website is pretty basic, nothing fancy, but it seems to have some good content. If you are someone who likes to do a lot of recreational trips in your plane, then the $12.95/year would easily be worth it. I also really appreciate the fact that they support the military by giving free subscriptions. If I were someone looking to do more than 1 or 2 trips or out and backs per year then I would definitely give this site a shot, and they do have a 30 day refund policy if you aren't satisfied.

Note: I am in no way affiliated with this site, I just figured I'd do a review since I had access to the free subscription.
