That would be Randy Babbitt. His profile on the FAA.gov site has some good background information on him:

Babbitt began his aviation career as a pilot, flying 25 years for Eastern Airlines. A skilled negotiator, he served as President and CEO for US ALPA, the world’s largest professional organization of airline pilots. While at ALPA, he championed the “One Level of Safety” initiative implemented in 1995 to improve safety standards across the industry. He also promoted the international expansion of ALPA through a merger with the Canadian Air Line Pilots Association in 1997.

I'm not sure what he files recreationally, for some reason I'm thinking its either a Cessna 195 or Aviat Husky (although I might be thinking about the AOPA president Craig Fuller or Harrison Ford)

Nice yea when I asked the question "what does he fly" I meant for business, He flies a Cessna Citation Excel 560XL. Registered has N3 I was at the FAA center last week when he was there and I got to see his plane "like I touched it," fun stuff.
