Just got an email from a friend asking me for advice and tips on starting to earn a private pilot's license. He's in Chicago currently and that got me thinking, are there any good GA fields for a new pilot around or inside Chicago's Class B? Seems like a pretty tough environment.

Bolingbrook, "Clow International" is just south and west of the Class B. Personally, I think he'd do better at Du Page County just North of West Chicago.
